This is Douglass 21, he studies Mechanical training at VETA.
VETA is a post secondary school with practical training in mechanincs, building, electronics, small business and other practical trainings. Holmquist Foundation supported Douglass in secondary school form 1 – 4, and now Reforce program Entrepreneurship for Youth supports his VETA training.
